I strive to collaborate with patients to create a safe space that fosters empathy, trust and openness that leads to holistic healing and self-empowerment.
I earned a masters of social work degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. I also am a certified substance abuse counselor.
I provide behavioral health and substance abuse counseling. My areas of interest include: dual diagnosis, trauma informed care, codependency, family of origin issues, women's issues, shame resiliency, anxiety, depression, abuse survivors, stress management, self-esteem and domestic violence.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy nature, hiking, camping, biking, walking labyrinths, volunteering/AmeriCorps and traveling on short/long distance road trips.
